Once the landlord agrees to list their property with us, the standard of one month’s rent plus HST applies upon finding a suitable tenant of which the landlord will have final approval. Our agreement states that Taurus Leasing & Consulting has exclusivity to the listing for the duration of 45 days. During that time only T.L.C. will have access to the property.

If the landlord finds a tenant through their own resources during the 45 day agreement period, the one month’s rent and HST fee still applies and is to be payable to Taurus Leasing and Consulting
